Happy Holidays!

Hello guys!
Just a note to say a belated Merry Christmas and a happy and healthy New Year!
It's been the most amazing year for us and we're very blessed and greatful for our health and successes.
The tour has started and we're excited about it very much. We love the show and the cast and so far it's going great!
We've only done 4 (total) shows, which you all probably know, and we're on a 4 day break right now so we're at home enjoying it with our friends and family.
We're back on the road on the 2nd of Jan. until May 5th so keep your eyes and ears open to know when we'll be in your city.
Tell all your friends and family too.
We do want to appoligize to the fan club guys who were in Washington D.C the other night as well as Jeb in Baltimore for not having the tickets organized, there was a big problem in the production office and the messages were not relayed.
Again we're terribly sorry for an inconveniences and we're also sorry we didn't get to see you but we're glad to know that you were there for us. Thank you.

Hope everyone has a safe and fun New Years, I know we will!!!!!!

Bye for now,

Jamie and Dave

GOSSIP

You guys are BAD!!!!!
I went on for the 1st time to see what kind of stuff you all talk about and i found a message that said that we live in the US, we're married and that we're parents. Nice!
Wow I guess we've been pretty busy huh!?
I DON"T THINK SO!!!!!!!
Stop that you guys. That's garbage talk.
If something happens I'm sure you'll find it out the right way, don't worry.

Happy Holidays!

Hi everyone!
It has been a long time I know. But I hope everyone had a great christmas. Let's start with December. After the show in Lake Placid, we went on to the Sears Open. First of all, I have to say that Jamie and myself are not too crazy about those pro-am. The idea of training a short program is not too appealing for us this time in our career. But, if you do something, you do it 100% or you don't do it at all. So we went and we were very please with the way it turned out. Actually, we were so please that we were excited to go and measure ourselfs against the World Champs. in Colombus the week after. Once again, we were happy with our skating. It has been a long fall on the road with little time to train like we use to. So to go and do well under that pressure makes us feel good. After Colombus, I went to visit my parents in Sayabec. It was great to be home with my family. We had an amzing christmas and we took off on the 26 at 6:30am to be in Huntington to start Stars On Ice. The show is tonight. It will be easier to post messages on the road. There will be a lots of bus trip so a lot of time to write to you and let you know what's goping on. Thank you again for being the best fans in the world. We wish you a great new year. The best wish of all is health. So you take care of yourself and the people you love.

Our first show

Hi everyone!
I'm so happy to tell you all that our first Stars On Ice show went really well. We were so nervous along with everyone else, all the past Stars came to show their support (Krisi yamaguchi, Scott Hamilton and Roselyn Sumners)and everyone was aying to us,"Wow, it's your 1st Stars show and aren't you excited/nervous?"
I think I was as nervous as I was before we skated our long program in Salt Lake. No joke. Weird heh!?
We also had to make up another solo because the choreographers decided that they'd like us to do 2 not just 1. We were excited but WOW it's a lot of skating I tell ya!!!!
We had so much fun once the show got going and the audience was great. I'm pretty sure they liked it
Just for everyone to know our 1st number in the show is Come Fly With Me but it's not Frank Sinatra. I'm not sure of the guys name but he's 22 years old and this song is in the new movie with Sandra Bullock and Hugh Grant. It's such a fun #, Christopher Dean did it with Michael Seibert. Our 2 solos are VERY different the other one is Lovin,Touchin,Squeezin by Journey and it's more of a sexy blues and Sandra did that one.
We are now at home preparing for the Sears Open on Friday (hope you're all watching!) and Sat. and then an x-mas special in Kitchener on Wed. and then the Hallmark open in Columbus, Ohio next weekend. Crazy heh!?
We do actually get a Christmas break but we're back on the road Boxing day for 3 more shows out east (USA). We're anxious to get in a routine, it's been awhile since we've had one.
Also we just launched our new CCM skates today in Edmonton and you may have seen an add somewhere already. They are Sale and Pelletier skates, they say SP on the sides of the boots. They are so comfortable and stylish. I have a pair and I love them, if I ever go outside to skate or need to teach I would wear them. Check them out guys, they're fun! They come in a few different colors and they have different models too, ie. SP 100, SP 200, SP 300. See for yourself. They're being sold in Canadian Tire and a few Roots stores aswell as Sport Check, that's all I know for now.

Hope everyone is well and stayed tooned!!!

Until next time............

A note to say HI !

Hello everyone!
Well as you probably already know we're with the Elvis tour right now for a few more shows and then we're heading off to the last 2 weeks of Stars On Ice rehearsals in Lake Placid.
We're having a great time with all the skaters on this tour, we wish we were doing the whole tour but that's just the way it works sometimes
We hope that everyone who has been able to see the shows are enjoying them.
It's Dave's Birthday coming up on the 22nd of November so send him a little note and you'll make his day!!!!! (we're in Lake Placid doing rehearsals so he can't really do much).
We will be in Red Deer, Alberta for the Sears open Dec. 5th and then the Hallmark open in Columbus, Ohio for another pro/am. We are also doing the X-mas Christmas special in Kitchener, Ontario a few days after the Sears open.
I haven't been to Red Deer since the Olympics so I'm pretty excited to see everyone. I'm also a bit nervous because we haven't a lot of time to prepare the short program but we'll do our best. The professional life is fun but I tell ya, a crazy schedule. I can hardly keep up!!!
I'm really enjoying it though and I'm excited about Stars this year. Watching Skate Canada I was glad that I wasn't a part of that "so called" improved system. The only thing that I miss is that I was home a whole lot more when we were amateur than I am now!!!!!
Oh well, it doesn't last long so I'll make the best of it while I can.
Hope you are all coming to see us in a Stars show this winter or spring. See you there.
Be good to yourself and others!!
Your friend,
Jamie

SALUT

HEY GUYS!
WELL, WE ARE HOME FOR A FEW DAYS. WE ARE BACK FROM SIMSBURY AND LOS ANGELES. PUTTING STARS ON ICE TOGETHER IS AN AMAZING PROCESS. THE THREE WEEKS WENT BY REALLY FAST. I THINK THE SHOW WILL BE GREAT. IT'S A NICE MIXTURE OF SKATERS. A LOT OF NEW BLOOD, LIKE US, AND A GREAT DEAL OF EXPERIENCE LIKE KURT, STEVEN AND KATARINA. THE SHOW WITH RAY CHARLES WAS ALSO A TREAT FOR US. LOS ANGELES IS A SUPERB CITY. IT WAS FUN TO SEE LIZ AND JERROD (US DANCE TEAM). AS FAR AS DANCE IS CONCERN, THEY ARE MY ULTIMATE FAVORITE. AND PLUS, YOU WILL NOT MEET NICER PEOPLE. BRIAN BOITANO WAS ALSO THERE LOOKING BETTER THAN EVER. IT WAS A VERY GOOD SHOW CONSIDERING THAT IT WAS PUT TOGETHER IN 2 DAYS. RAY CHARLES IS A VERY CHARISMATIC PERSON. SO NOW WE ARE TRAINING AT HOME AND WE ARE OFF TO FLORIDA FOR KRISTY YAMAGUCHI TV SPECIAL. ONE LAST THING, THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU WHO SENT US A HUGE BAG OF STUFF WHILE WE WERE IN SIMSBURY. IT'S THOSE LITTLE THINGS THAT MAKES A HUGE DIFFERENCE IN SOMEONE'S LIFE. YOU ARE THE BEST. I HOPE I DID NOT MAKE TO MANY MISTAKES IN MY WRITING AND IF I DID, PLEASE LET ME KNOW, IT IS AFTER ALL ONE WAY TO IMPROVE. A LA PROCHAINE TOUT LE MONDE.

Busy Summer

Sorry it's been too long!!!! I appoligize.
I can't believe it's already almost September! Where does the summer go? We have been crazy busy doing charity golf tournaments, speaking, sponsor appearances and some great photo shoots.

We are excited and anxious to start our tour rehearsals in Sept. and the few shows we'll be appearing in in Oct.
We're skating in a Ray Charles t.v special and Kristy Yamaguchi's t.v special also.
We will be doing several appearances for Crest, Roots (our new sponsor)and MasterCard this fall/winter.
We may even be doing something with the Cirque du soleil this fall to be seen this winter season. That would be so cool!
I'll let you know if it happens.

We will be in rehearsals again at the end of Nov.-beginning of Dec. and then we'll be in Red Deer for the Sears Open in Dec. and possibly another pro comp. a week later.
Then it all begins immediately after Christmas (Dec. 27) we start the tour (for those who don't know) Stars On Ice.
We don't finish in the States until approx. end of March beg. of April and then we're in Canada for about 10 or so shows. The schedule will be out soon for you to see.

Anyway, I promise to keep in better touch with you all and keep you updated better. Take care and be good.

Bonjour tout le monde

You guys are amazing. I knew you were smart but now I'm very convince. Let me explain. We do not read our press. Do not believe what you read and believe half of what you see kind of attitude. While I was trying to log in for the 20th time, I found that article about us not making money and so on...I guess now I'm gonna start taking donations to the David Pelletier fund. Seriously, I do not need to add anything to what you guys wrote. I'm proud to have fans like you. Jamie feels the same by the way. We are very lucky to have you. We are not too much without you. Finally, I want everybody to know that Allan is been doing a great job to organize the only official website. He is great guy and is doing a fantastic job.

Hello Everyone !

Hello everyone!
Well I guess everyone knows now that we decided to turn professional this past week and we're thrilled about our decision. We're looking forward to the next chapter in our (skating)career and all the great opportunities we will have to perform for our fans.
We're now close to finalizing the details of for our own tour that will commence this fall/winter across Canada. You will be amoung the 1st to know of the cast, dates and venues we will be playing in, we promise!
We sure hope all of you, your families and friends will come to see us and our exciting show. We can't wait to see everyone soon!
Right now we're very busy working with our sponsors and special appearances. You will see us in the " Crest White Strips" ads coming soon.
Our schedule has also allowed us to be creative in making up new moves and an opportunity to work with different people outside of figure skating.
We're doing some charity work for children around Edmonton but we're going to be doing it Nationally in the future.
We've also been to schools to speak to kids about our experiences and how to do goal setting for their future. We love this and we love working with children.

So that's it for now, we will be keeping in touch with all of you and we're looking forward to hearing or receiving all of your comments and letters/e-mails.
Thanks again for all your support!
Keep smiling

Jamie

Hi everyone

Just a quick note to say Hi! We are doing great. We are enjoying our time off. We are working a lot with our new sponsors. Crest Whitstrips. They are great and they work so we are happy about that. We are on the ice almost every day and making up new lifts and spins for next season. A lot of people were asking about the Beatles song in the homecoming show. Believe it or not, it's Robin Williams (the actor) and Bobby Mcferrin (something like that). Same guy who sings "Don't worry, be happy". Take care and I'll be back soon.
